Technology Applications TEKS Summary

The foundational, information acqusition, communication and problem solving TEKs are very similar in the requirements on students. Students are expected to use the various components of a computer and to respect the laws that go along with internet use. They are expected to put out products that are intelligible and credible. This is true of every level of TEK, students are expected to intensify the level at which they display these skills as they get older. The older and more proficient they become with the use of technology the better they should become at these skills.
